Pear Tree cottage is situated in one acre of landscaped gardens in the grounds of Upper House, with its own entrance and well maintained garden area. Beamed lounge with dining area and French doors leading to south facing patio, woodburner, TV/video. Well equipped kitchen including microwave, double oven fridge, washing machine and drier. One double bedroom and 1 small single room with 3’0 ft. bed. Linen included except towels. One or two dogs accepted – small charge.
